In 1957, Kansas City's Hereford House steakhouse opened its doors near the vibrant stockyard area downtown. In this cattleman's town, Hereford House quickly became a legend! Now with four locations, much of what made the Hereford House a popular destination is still in place today. Steaks are still hand-cut, aged for over three weeks, and always grilled the only way steaks should be grilled – over hot hardwood coals!
